I’m Shan, a professional photographer based in Eagar, Arizona, creating natural, connection-filled portraits and wedding photography throughout the White Mountains and across Arizona.
I photograph families, high school seniors, couples, engagements, individuals, and weddings with a relaxed and personal approach. Whether we're surrounded by the pine forests and mountain meadows of the White Mountains, exploring the red rocks of Sedona, or documenting your wedding day somewhere across Arizona, my goal is to create photographs that feel genuine, beautiful, and completely your own.

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
If this is your first photo session, don’t worry—I’ve got you. I’ll walk you through everything ahead of time so you feel confident and prepared. You’ll receive a simple style guide to help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully and coordinate well together, along with tips to make sure everyone is ready for the day. By the time your session arrives, you’ll know exactly what to expect so you can relax, enjoy the experience, and focus on the moments that matter most.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
For sessions outside of the Springerville and Eagar area, a small travel fee may apply depending on the location. This allows me to continue offering a personalized experience while making it possible to photograph you in beautiful locations beyond the White Mountains. Feel free to reach out for details based on your specific session location.
How long does it take to get our photos?
I work hard to deliver them as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. I typically provide a few sneak peek images within 24 hours of your session, so you have something to enjoy and share right away. Your full gallery is usually delivered within one week, and often even sooner. If I anticipate a longer turnaround due to travel, scheduling, or a busy season, I'll let you know before we book so you'll always have clear expectations.
How large can the group be?
To keep sessions relaxed, enjoyable, and focused on quality, I typically photograph groups of up to 8 people. This allows me to give everyone the attention they deserve while capturing genuine connections, natural interactions, and meaningful moments. This size is ideal for families, couples, and small, intimate gatherings where nothing feels rushed and every detail can be thoughtfully captured.
I'm also happy to photograph larger families and extended groups! Because larger sessions often include multiple family combinations, individual groupings, and additional editing time, we'll simply discuss your vision beforehand so I can recommend the appropriate session length and provide an accurate quote. My goal is to make sure you have the best possible experience and receive the images that matter most to you, no matter the size of your group.
